Upon cancellation or termination of these conditions as provided herein , the bank shall be deemed to have been authorised to deliver the cash and securities then held or at any time thereafter received by the bank to or to the order of the customer or the successors in title of the customer or in the case of joint accounts any one party thereto and in so doing the bank shall obtain a good discharge , but only after the bank s fees and expenses have first been paid and proper evidence of entitlement shall have been provided to the bank s satisfaction , all in accordance with and after compliance with all applicable laws 在按照此等条件之规定取销或终止此等条件时，本行应被视为已获授权将本行当时持有或在其后任何时间由本行收取之现金及证券送达客户或客户指定之人士或客户或若属联名账户，则其中任何一方之业权继承人若如此照办时，本行将取得充份之责任解除，但只限于在根据及符合所有适用法律下，首先已支付本行之费用及开支以及已向本行提供令其满意之拥有权之适当证明。
